Diversion Standards

The most recent version of the Performance Standards and Goals for Pretrial Release and Diversion was approved by the Board of Directors of the National Association of Pretrial Services Agencies in 1995.  These standards provide guidance to pretrial diversion policy and practice and are currently under revision to include updates to case law and program practices. 

The NAPSA Board of Directors is in the process of passing a set of updated Diversion Standards, which will be posted here upon their release.
