The Pretrial Reporter
Over the past 30 years, the Pretrial Reporter has been the nation’s singular source for news, developments and significant case law regarding pretrial justice issues. It covers important topics such as jail crowding, bail reform, pretrial services programs, and pretrial diversion. The Pretrial Reporter has been extensively used by pretrial practitioners, corrections administrators, judges, prosecutors, defenders, county executives, and the academic community. No matter what your role in the criminal justice system, knowing what’s happening in pretrial services around the country – from events to case law – is essential to your work. The Pretrial Reporter will keep you informed.
The Pretrial Reporter will be published four times in 2010 (April, July, September, and a Juvenile edition in the summer). Subscribers receive it upon publication, sent directly to them via email. The rate is $20 per edition.
